Bambo Diapers Review

The amount of time that a child spends in diapers in their first few years of life is crazy. We have always used disposable diapers because of the convenience. I honestly had never looked into all of the harmful chemicals that are actually in disposable diapers until recently. One of my friends had told me about a lawsuit about a baby that had gotten chemical burns from their diaper. As a parent, this is absolutely frightening.

I was thrilled when I was contacted by Bambo Nature diapers to test out their product because it could not have come at a better time. Bambo diapers make a disposable diaper that offer minimum environmental impact and maximum freedom of movement and comfort for the child.

It is such a relief to find a disposable diaper that you do not have to worry about it irritating your baby’s skin or causing a harmful effect. These diapers are eco-friendly because they are 85% biodegradable, which is much higher than any leading brand on the market. They are the ONLY brand of diapers that are 100% free of dangerous chemicals and known allergens.

Not only is it important that these diapers are free of harmful chemicals and allergens, but it is also important that they work well for my children. My son is currently in a size 4 diaper so they sent us 2 different sizes to try: Size 4 {15-40lbs} and Size 4+ {22-44lbs}.

Both sizes actually worked well on him since he is about 25lbs. I noticed a difference when I first opened the package of Bambo diapers, they were much softer than other diapers. They seemed to be the same size and thickness as other leading diapers.

After using the Bambo diapers for a few days we are very pleased with how well they work. My son wakes up every morning with a pretty full diaper and these definitely did the job. His pajamas were not wet and the diaper absorbed very well. These diapers did seem to get a little bit bigger than other diapers when they are full. They also have a stretchy Velcro tab that makes it much easier to check the diaper and keep using it. This is great for smaller children because I was constantly checking their diapers when my boys were younger because they went more often. My husband also has a hard time when changing diapers because our boys will not lay still. He is constantly ripping the tabs off and then the diaper is useless!

What We Liked About Bambo Diapers Review:

  • Soft Material
  • Absorbed extremely well
  • Did not have those jelly beads when extremely wet like other diapers
  • Wetness Indicator
  • Stretchy resealable tabs

Although the diapers are more expensive than other disposable diapers this is definitely a product that you get what you pay for. Overall, we really liked these diapers. Not only did they absorb great, but it is nice to know that we are using a product with a much lower eco footprint. Shop now for Bambo Diapers
