Leprechaun Crunch Snack Mix

Leprechaun Crunch Ingredients:

  • Pop Corn
  • M&M's {I used the peppermint}
  • 1 cup of Pretzels
  • 2 cups of Marshmallows
  • 1 Stick of Butter
  • Sprinkle {optional}

Leprechaun Crunch Directions:

  1. Start by melting the butter in a saucepan. Then add the marshmallows and stir. I used a bag of colored marshmallows and only used the green from the package. You can also melt the butter and marshmallows in the microwave.
  2. Pop the popcorn according to the packaging.
  3. Empty the popcorn into a large bowl. Next add the marshmallow mixture and stir until you have coated all of the popcorn.
  4. Next, add in any of the toppings. I added the pretzels, peppermint M&M's and sprinkles {my boys LOVE adding sprinkles to anything!}.
  5. Enjoy!
